Base Power: The user becomes a "Sound Modification Human" which simply put allows them to nearly manipulate every aspect of sound, the user can tune and amplify sound to make specific sounds play.

Rookie Devil Fruit: +25 Range, the user has very simple manipulation over sound, they are capable of attacking with the sound-sound fruit but only capable of ringing a persons ears at worst with a move from the devil fruit, but their control is limited and can only use sound generated from their own body for now.

Junior Devil Fruit: +25 Range, the user is still restricted to using sound from their own body, but they are now capable of condensing sound into attacks for proper attacking now and have began to tap into more utility uses of their fruit, such as augmenting their hearing, or generating very basic sounds in a distance to distract an enemy.

Journeyman Devil Fruit: +25 Range, the user's condensed attacks become more hard-hitting, more far-reaching and any sound generated from the user's body start to become superhuman like, very much like the user at this point, their utility control over the fruit increases as they can generate more specific sounds now and they begin to tap into controlling sound outside of their body for attacks, though they're very simple at this point.

Expert Devil Fruit: +1 Duration, the user peaks his control with any sound from his body and begin into creating deadly attacks by using sound from the environment, this advances to the kinetic, freeform control of soundwaves for either offence or defence, the user is also capable of mimicking a specific persons voice now, but it requires them to hear that person's voice for hours on end for it to be perfect.

Master Devil Fruit: +25 Range, the user's control over both sound from his body and from the environment becomes absolute, his manipulation over making very specific sounds also become mastered and to perfectly mimic a person's voice, it only takes a few minutes worth of conversation for him to completely copy their voice for any reason, malicious or not.
