Known History: A legendary lion mink born on Zou, an island located on the back of an elephant. Raised on Zou for most of his life, Tocho was known as the most violent of all the minks on the island. So, since Tocho was the most violent mink of them all, his own people had to abandon him. At a young age, Tocho was left to fend for himself in the New World, having to rob from others to get what he wanted. However, unknowingly, as Tocho would do this, he would have begun growing a following within the New World at a very quick pace. Amassing a great and powerful crew of other like-minded individuals, the Beast Pirates formed. Having one another's backs, they soon started to take over islands, reigning over all who stood in their path.
Yet, eventually, they had grown tired of conquering the New World. So, instead, they set their sights on something even greater, the treasure known as 'One Piece'. However, as one can guess, they failed at obtaining the 'One Piece'. The man who obtained it instead of Tocho and his crew was a man known as none other than Gol D. Roger.
Wanting to start a war with Roger and his crew, Tocho conquered Zou and lead the elephant into war. Enslaving the very own tribe that banned him from the island, Tocho sent them out to battle Roger and his crew. However, just before Tocho would be able to do that, Roger would have turned himself into the Marines.
Tocho currently leads the country of Zou and Zou itself, having made the country into a kingdom of beasts and minks. The Yonkou's crew is organized in the fashion of how a kingdom's military is set up. It is rumored that Tocho's strongest subordinates are based on the twelve zodiac signs, excluding the Leo as that is what Tocho has claimed. It is also rumored that Tocho was once the apprentice of Shiki, an infamous pirate back in the day. Tocho possesses the Voice of All Things but fails to use it properly.
