Known History: Perlo, an infamous pirate known all throughout the Grand Line, is a man who conquered a part of the New World, being then crowned as one of the four Yonkou. The man's known history is that he was part of a once thriving and legendary tribe in the Grand Line but when they were taken out by enemy pirates, he decided to become a pirate himself and chase them down. Scouring the seas for his tribe's killers, he would come across a man known as Gol D. Roger. Meeting Roger, Perlo would join the legendary pirate's crew, going on journies with the man. However, as Perlo rode with Roger, eventually, he would have decided he needed to quit adventuring and search for his peoples' killers instead. So, leaving Roger's crew, Perlo began his own crew, looking for vengeance.
Naming his crew "The Red Banded Pirates", Perlo would have started his search. Remembering the faces of his tribe's murderers, Perlo set out for where he suspected his culprits to currently be and prepared for war. The island Perlo had set sail for was an island named "Jaya". Within Jaya, a town known by the name of "Mock Town" dwelled. In Mock Town is where Perlo's enemies were located. So, sailing into Mock Town, Perlo began a war against him and his enemy's crew. Perlo's enemy he fought that day was a lion mink by the name of "King of Beasts, Tocho". In just mere minutes, Mock Town was torn to shreds. The legendary town of mockery was completely obliterated and to this day is still obliterated. However, construction of New Mock Town is undergoing.
Perlo resides in the New World, constantly battling it out with Tocho ever since that day. The man obtained one of the four road poneglyphs from before Roger was executed and still holds onto it till this day. Red Banded Perlo is currently in the process of taking Tocho's road poneglyph and achieving his revenge against Tocho. Also, Perlo is a huge alcoholic drinker, usually drinking to drown his sorrows. It is said that the man is currently in a depressed state of mind due to Gol D. Roger's recent execution. Perlo and Tocho are in a constant bout over territory and who owns what poneglyphs.
