Move Name: Sound-Sound: Sound Ball

Range: Devil Fruit, up to 25 meters.
Requirements and Drawbacks: The user needs to have his mouth open in order to use this attack, if the mouth's blocked for some reason then the user can't cast this move.
Cooldown: 1
Stamina Cost: 10
Description: Draco opens up his mouth and aims it towards whatever he wants to attack towards, a concentrated ball of sound is launched out of the users mouth and towards where the mouth is aimed towards, since this is a light attack of sorts, it doesn't require much charge up and can be sent out the instant the user opens up his mouth.
The soundball itself in size is comparable to the size of a basketball.

Description: Draco opens up his mouth and starts inhaling for about a good three seconds, building up his breath before letting out a light roar, unleashing a wide area soundwave all around him.
