Those who share the same goals as him can be labelled as friends. Percival's reaction to people is initially friendly, however, if they prove that they are against him or act to hurt someone without any provocation then he grows to dislike them. He's a good one for encouraging and supporting those who feel down, he's someone you need on your side and he might be a perfect partner-in-crime. Trust isn't an issue for him but he won't trust you completely before he know you. He is somewhat open to ideas or opinions and he listens well to others as long as it doesn't contradict with his core beliefs. To those who are close with him, he will go out and do fun things with you. Those who are in the Conquerors are his closest friends.

Percival doesn't hate someone easily. He doesn't take anything too seriously but his stubbornness might get on someone's nerves. He is someone who likes freedom and hate restriction. Those who stand on his way towards his goal is viewed as an obstruction and he won't hesitate to tackle that obstacle. The authority like the marines and world government fall to this category but it doesn't eliminate the chance of a friendship between him and a world government-related agent. One thing that makes him different than the others is that he often respects his enemies in battle, humiliating them on the battle isn't his style.

To be honest, he is a little inexperienced in terms of love but he has the urge to involve in one. He's clueless and sometimes, doesn't know what to do. However, he treats the opposite gender gently like what a man should do. Nevertheless, He's open to this kind of relationship but can a path of a lawless pirate and a poor taste of fashion give birth to a love?
