Hikari’s appearance is rather unique as he usually wears bright colors that reflect his optimistic attitude. His main body appearance and sharpening is average weight and build as he doesn’t show much muscle and build along his chest and stomach, and he doesn’t have much body fat showing he’s in shape. Most cases it doesn’t show because of his clothing where but digressing back to features as his eye color is a beautiful blue with his hair color being tie-dye a violet color. The purple is mostly in streaks that go to the right side of his head where some hair is in a twist tie and beaded with round Jaw breaker sized crystal-like burettes and dangles closely to the opening of his right ear, so it would get stuck behind the lope when he walks or runs. His lips face is almost to a feminine feature, showing it’s more cute than handsome, and his expression is mostly a sweet smile or a positive expression. His skin is mostly smooth since he takes not of hygiene and uses all sorts of lotions and likes to stay clean with some of the most delicate soaps. His hair is most likely just as smooth too, plus really combed, but not laid out that it would stay in place as he is in motion.
Going to fashion, his clothing is the usual choice of bright designs. Since he’s a good talent in knitting, he usually buys clothing of an average non-name brand design and adds his personal touches. He sometimes flubs them almost every time, but still he has his favorites. His most treasured clothing design is the threads he wears for his journey are a japanese inspired design. This usually consists of a silk vest of white that is over black long sleeve shirts with a limp and wide wrist. His clothing is light most likely to encourage his free movement and speedy retreats or attacks, and with the texture hugging him around his body area, it does not inhibit him. His sleeves and leggings are black and ends with his wooden sandals (Geta) that he walks on and his thick white socks for comfort. The final feature that is added is his lucky rabbit ears that he carries from the North Blue that seems to be a fond motif for him due to the memories it reminded him of. To complement his motif, his outfit has a basketball shaped ball of cotton on the backside of his outfit that represents the cotton tail of a rabbit.
Odd fashion, but it fits him, and he isn’t ashamed of it not one bit.

To begin describing Hikari, he is as fickle as a bunny!
Hikari expresses himself inside and out! He loves bright colors and positive signs and annotations. This is apparent as he is very much in love with romantic scenery and sights: sunsets, massive oceans, or shapes like hearts or stars! Because of a friendly influence, he is an adventurer at heart and seeks some of the most unbelievable precious sights that one has never seen, enough that it makes him consistently sing! The most searched and significant of these is friendships and bonds with people and creatures he could not have imagined possible! Not to mention, he loves the unique new tastes of sweets and treats that he may come across when he is traveling.
Now, when it comes to people, Hikari approaches them as if they are a new experience! He is quite naïve, and because of it, he could be gullible at times. He desires to get to know and understand others as if they are another part of a unique scenery in life. Even if they seem to be evil or have bad intentions, he does not seem bothered by them if it is something as simple as wanting treasure, loot, or discovering something anew! He turns a blind eye to such things as he is not materialistic and knows that people just do not have that same value as him. Whether it is his friends or maybe just a rival, Hikari does well to respect their personality and views!
Hikari is not without his peeves or weaknesses. He tends to turn very angry or upset when things he considers precious are put at stake! His friends are of course a priority, but other times, he may become upset when other people’s treasures are put at stake (discovering treasure is one thing; stealing it is another). Because of this, Hikari cannot bring himself to steal anything that has a true sentimental value to others, and thus he may refuse to take something akin to that, or even may want to help preserve it somehow. For him, beautiful sights, valuable trinkets, and beloved people are things that he has the pleasure of witnessing rather than taking or seeing the be taken from another.
When it comes to fighting and confrontation, Hikari usually adapt to the situation. When situations may present itself with extreme amount of danger or going up against a foe that is quite strong to reach an end goal, he proves to be quite a gambler, or just plain confident in his mind. Hikari seems to have a limit of pushing his luck though as he usually intends to go into situations alone rather than risking his friends! To this degree, it can be argued that he is merely an adventurer who seeks to see nice things and anyone who is loyal enough to him end up tagging along for the ride as he sets his mind to things. Regardless of what fights may come, Hikari seems to want to defend his friends’ wishes at all costs and rather takes the difficult tasks for himself.

A young five-year old who had lived in the North Blue all his life, he had been cared for by his single mother who had been the lover of a Pirate of the Great Age. Accompanied by a mink and her young ward, Raijuu Rabbit was known as a pirate who valued death defying stunts and acrobatics that earned him the reputation of being a daredevil! In the Great Age of Pirates, he was known as more of an entertainer than a rapscallion; especially when it came to even break into headquarters of famous marine strongholds to make off with rare treasures.
Thus, that was the legend of Raijuu the Hero!
Hikari knew or cared nothing of it! A young violet haired young man, he was picked on for a majority of his life because of ridicule about how he looked and how he lacked masculinity. He was quick to be made fun of and talked about by others. In the North Blue, he was especially for being called “Bunny Boy” or “Vermin” in relation to his name. As a result, he would cry endlessly, especially since he did not really have friends that were very fond of him; until he would meet Dazzle, that is. She would know whom she was looking for when she found him, and would speak in a melodic tone of voice:

Dazzle found herself protecting Hikari, having him do tasks to match her speed, and even train him how to jump. The mink had fancies of seeing skills like Raijuu and insisted Hikari had the potential.
As Dazzle trained Hikari, she would continue to sing her song, insisting that she would go out to sea to put on a performance with Hikari like her hero, Raijuu. She had even shown it was certain due to her having “The Treasure of the Mink,” as she revealed it was Raijuu’s Devil Fruit that the Mink found after his death. Hikari had been puzzled by this, but Dazzle, to the very end had insisted to Hikari that they would go out to sea together and she would show him the world Raijuu was inspired by.
Although Hikari had not been anything like Raijuu, he had become stronger nonetheless. With the reflex and movements of a mink, Hikari had practiced the fighting style of Dazzle and incorporated what she learned from his father as a style of “entertainment.” Dazzle would even teach Hikari to “smile” during every performance insisting it was how Raijuu would “wrap-up” his performances whether it was a death defying stunt or even a fight with a strong opponent. Although Hikari had no major thoughts or respect for Raijuu, he had a strong admiration for a mink that was like a sister to him.

Over the decade, the violet haired boy would lose his mother to her illness, but this was a given through how she worked and lived her life. After that, the mink would remain with Hikari acting as someone to care for him over the years. During these years, Hikari was especially vulnerable, prompting him to strengthen himself alongside Dazzle who would train him to become stronger to deal with pain. Smiling after every dance, exercise, and practice; he would find joy through his daredevil-like stunts with the mink in the North Blue. Hikari would make a living putting on these performances with Dazzle, and exceptionally well.
However, he attracted the wrong kind of attention.
With Dazzle being a mink that was recognized by some of the islands residents, pirates that Raijuu had defeated within the Grand Line, they had sought their vengeance on their nemesis by trying to kill Hikari and Dazzle. Although Hikari was beaten to within an inch of his life, they could not kill him as he clung to the lessons Dazzle gave him and would insist he would stay alive, even if it was to make people happy with his performances in the North Blue. He had lasted long enough to have Dazzle come and save him, but all while sacrificing herself to ensure her safety as she fought to the death to preserve his family’s legacy.
Hikari had taken the remnants of Dazzle’s song and her jovial speech (speaking through rhyme), to the seas. In his own way, he felt that it was his way of keeping his promise to her:
