Alright, to the grading we go! - Swipe needs a Range. Would this be the Range of your character's arms? Also, a Requirement and Drawback is needed alongside a Cooldown and Stamina Cost. Cooldown would be 1 post and Stamina Cost would be 10 Stamina. Then, add into the Description that the Move can only steal weapons from opponents of Junior Rank.
- Next, we have Horizontal Slash. This Move is fine and all but the Range needs to be changed to the range of the sword.
- The same thing as Horizontal Slash applies here as well for Vertical Slash.

But what is the requirement for stealing weapons from others? Being able to touch them?

You can steal others' weapons even despite not having a Move, however, it would be solely dependent on your character being able to grab their weapon and forcefully yank it out of their hands. In Move format, you would be able to take weapons and yank them out of peoples' hands if the Move matches up with the target's Rank or below.
Typo from the last post corrected: Swipe would only steal weapons of Rookie Rank.
