Six Powers of the Perceiving Eye Category: Blunt Theme: Rokushiki [Six Powers] is a Super-Human Martial Art that strengthens the body and allows the user to move at extreme speeds to create concussive force. Each technique in Rokushiki falls under one of the powers, outside of the seventh hidden technique which combines aspects of the six. Bill's improvement on the Martial Art combines it with his analytical eye, meaning his movements seem better calculated and thus faster than his opponents. Special Effect:N/A Bonus: +1 Tier of Speed DESCRIPTION Rookie Style: The user can barely use one technique of Rokushiki without tiring themselves. Generating any force from their limbs is impossible as they simply don't move fast enough. The user can kick and punch harder than normal but using any techniques causes severe strain on their body. Junior Style: At this rank Bill has acquired the use of Shigan, Geppo and Kami-e as his body has grown to better understand the strains of Rokushiki. Journeyman Style: Gains access to all forms of Rokushiki. The user is now not only strong, but flexible. Their body moves with an alien grace and their steps sometimes mimic a lack of gravity. Rokushiki users at this rank can easily identify techniques used by their colleagues. Expert Style:.The user at this point has mastered the six powers and their body is a weapon. Expert Rokushiki Users can easily identify another user. He can now also use Rokuogan, at great strain to his body. The user at this point has begun mixing in the use of Haki to augment their abilities. Master Style: Rokuogan comes easy to the user now, allowing them to combine optionally combine it with a secondary style to devastating effect. At Master Style it is expected that the user is now proficient in using Haki in conjunction with these techniques and is truly perfect in their use of the style.

Hello, I'll be grading your Style~
Rookie - Perfect.
Junior - You get three Rokushiki techniques, not including combination. So add another besides Rankyaku. And on the subject of Rankyaku; the Air Finger Gun is a ranged melee technique, even if the range is only 5 meters (which would actually be stated by a move, not the Style description), and ranged melee is only possible at Journeyman Rank, so please remove the air finger gun mention. As for the elemental part of Air Finger Gun, you can leave that in...sort of; needs to be less effective at this level. The wind element at this level can be similar to a gust of wind.
Journeyman - At this level you have access to all Rokushiki techniques, including Rokuogan. Granted, you are allowed to put Rokuogan on a higher level for character development if you wish. Also mention how the wind element is achieved at this level (Rankyaku is considered non-elemental if you don't wish to use an element).
Expert/Master - I'll save grading these ranks because they are heavily affected by the previous ranks in terms of what's possible, but make sure to include what's possible with the wind element, if you want to make use of elemental attacks. And Doriki can be registered as a talent if you want (i.e. more of a natural skill than a Rokushiki technique).

Now that the first three ranks are good to go, let's move onto Expert and Master;
Expert - Good.
Master - Only thing which needs to be changed or removed is the mention of "clapping or snapping to create tornadoes". Elemental attacks get stronger because more effort is put into the elemental moves, so you'll still need to make those precise movements mention earlier (which I assume involves twisting, rotating, and/or spinning like a normal tornado). You can also remove the Doriki part unless you want to keep it there for character development; if you want Doriki for character development, then I suggest obtaining it earlier (still need to register a talent to use it).
