| The sun was low and the weekend was just rolling in. Crimson rays shined down over the city, casting a dull, gradually fading glow over the tall buildings and infrastructure. One particular local bar had gotten' extra busy that day, teenagers and older kids packing the doorless building and messing with all the tables and fancy tech lined up along the walls. Of course, Haoquin himself would take no part in such activities. The young male abhors alcohol and wasn't going to anywhere near it. Taking post on top of a rather tall building that overlooked the bar, Haoquin was making note of everyone who walked in and out of the place. His face twisted into a grimace as he continued to watch. The bar was in a plaza in Hightown. Where all the wealthier lived. Is this what boredom feels like? The everlasting sensation of wanting to do something that gets your adrenaline going? Maybe Haoquin was just nuts. Though ever since he arrived on East Blue his days have been dismal at best. Nothing to enlighten his mood, or even bring a smug smirk to his face. His eyes closed as he fixes the way he was sitting. Instead of dangling his feet over the edge of the building, he pulls them under him and sits in an Indian style formation. His right-hand rest on his chin, which the same elbow rested on his thigh. Clearly bored.
-How could the commander assign me here? He has some nerve to place me in this town. I should be out there on the Grandline where the real action is. This is irritating, to say the least. These vapid marines that are patrolling around don't even provide me with a challenge. Sneaking in here was quite easy. Though I can't grow complacent, I am here for a reason..... argh....- He thought to himself.
Haqouin knew that he couldn't do anything too hasty as he might blow his cover. Before leaving the encampment, Haoquin was told he would receive a contract that would tell him his assignment. It has been about four days since he arrived to Dawn Island and so far he hasn't be given a single thing. He reaches into his pocket and pulls a lollipop. Removing the wrapper, he places the sucker on his tongue and closes his mouth afterward. Forming a fist, he outstretches his hand and lets go of the wrapper. Haoquin slowly watches the wrapper fall to the ground. He was about three stories up, so it took a few seconds, but it eventually hit rock bottom. Another sigh escaped the male as he closed his eyes and began to rest. From an outside view, Haoquin looked like he was sleeping.
Little did he know that few quiet footsteps were coming up the stairs. There was a small door that led to the roof of the building. It slowly opened and out came three marine cabin boys. Only one of them was armed, with a small pistol
"We found him!" The whispered in unison as the slowly crept toward Haoquin.

| Small chuckles echoed throughout the air as the marines had found Haoquin. They had been watching him ever since he came to Dawn Island. A few marines had been skeptical as to where the male came from and how he got into Hightown so easily. They lost his trail for a few days but miraculously found him on top of this building. The three marines were only cabin boys so they weren't experienced but the numbers were in their favor. Not to mention one of them had a pistol, so if anything were to go down he would answer with a bullet. They slowly began to creep toward Haoquin who had his back to them and seemed to be sleeping. They began to whisper amongst themselves.
Marine 1: "Okay... you two pounce on him, and I'll keep my pistol up and ready just in case." Marine 2: "Alright I'll jump on him from above.. you get him from the side. Marine 3: "I'll grab that sword of his t-"
"Touch my sword and I'll sever your head from your body," Haoquin answered.
In all honesty, Haoquin wasn't sleeping, the male simply closed his eyes to meditate. Though with his ears he could pick up the faintest of sounds nearby. The revolutionary turns his body around to face the marines scanning each of them with his eyes. They were about 5 meters aa His right-hand lifts up to cover his mouth, due to the fact he was beginning to yawn. The Marines took this as a sign of aggression. To them, it seemed like he was drawing for his sword. The Marine with a pistol came a bit closer and pointed the pistol at Haoquin Hoaqin eyebrows raised slightly before his eyebrows slightly furrowed.
"Watch where you point that gun... I don't want any trouble, you guys." Haoquin states blandly.
The marines began to anger as the other two draw toward him. They outnumbered him and could end the male now if they wanted to. The marines each began to laugh. Haoquin was indeed in a bad position. Not only did one have a gun pointed at him, but he was sitting down. Even if he was fast, he couldn't get up and move away in time. He needed to think of how he was going to get out of this. His facial expression showed that he was annoyed.
Marine 1: "We don't know who you are or how you got here, but we have the authority to arrest you, due to trespassing."
Marine 2: "That's right Section 2.1345 says anyone who trespasses without rightful reason will be arrested.
Marine 3:"So what is it going to be? Are you going to leave or are we going to have to get physical."
Haoquin doesn't say anything to any of them. Silence overcame the four individuals on the roof. Being a few stories up came with its drawbacks. The only safe option of getting down was to somehow get past the three marines and down the stairs.
-Hmm.. you're outnumbered and one of them is armed. I might be able to take out two of them, but the third one may be a problem. Why do I always get put in the sitckiest situations? Urgh.. guess I have no choice. Hopefully, I time this right- He thinks to himself.
Haoquin smirked as he closes his eyes once more and begins to lean back. The Marines became alarmed as one of them shot, but it was too late. Just as the bullet would make contact with Haoquin's forehead, the male would begin to fall. From the Marine's perspective, it looked as if he had been shot. Though in reality Haoquin was falling off the building now.

| On the other side of town, a peddler was getting ready for his morning route. His morning started the same way it always had. First, he tended to his cattle that he kept behind his house. Making sure the chickens had food and water, the cow had rested well, and that the dog had gone out for a walk. After finishing all of that, the male would fill his wagon with bundles of hay and corn and make his way toward Hightown's town center. The peddler sells his goods outside the town center every morning. This was usually enough to get him by to live. Ever since his wife died, and son left home to become a pirate, the peddler does this in order to support himself. Though little did the peddler know that his day would have quite the change to it. He grabs his straw hat and begins to make his way toward his destination.
The peddler exists his house and begins to pull his wagon. Having done this for a few years, the old man was a bit fit. His feet were hardened through all the terrain he needed to cross over. It was about to become evening soon and the peddler needed to get to Hightown before sunset or he wouldn't be able to find his way there. Passing through the Gray Terminal, the old man nods toward the marine guards and continues his way. Passing through Edge Town was always nerve-racking for the peddler because he knew they were some shady people lurking in the shadows. Now he has never had any problems, but he was always liked to be safe than sorry. This time the peddler was stopped by a marine who wanted to search his wagon. The peddler stood aside and allowed the marine to do so, before continuing on. He picked up his speed as he took a sharp left into a narrow alleyway and then back out. The Town center coming in view.
The peddler began to become excited as he saw his destination. His walk turned into a run as he began to sing to himself. Money was a great commodity and was essential to him. His singing was attracting views from people, which was okay with the peddler. He was about a block or so away from the town center when he noticed his shoes were untied. Allowing his wagon to drop as he walked a few steps forward as he bent over to tie his shoe.
A Heavy thud sound came from the wagon as something slammed into the hay and corn of the wagon. Nobody seemed to notice this, not even the peddler himself. Finishing tieing his shoe, he continued toward the town hall. Setting up his small shop outside.
"I got corn for days... I even got hay!" Shouted the peddler.
A few consumers came over and were interested in buying some. The peddler signaled to the wagon behind them and instructed them to pick out what they wanted. Though as they approached the wagon they all flinched back.
"Sir you have a person in here!" Shrieked some female.
The peddler raised an eyebrow as he was curious. Creeping toward his wagon and peering over the tip. The peddler instantly dropped as he fainted. Within his barrel of corn, an hay laid Haoquin, rubbing his head from the fall
