The name doesn't really make sense for how specific the metal is, but if you don't want to change it then I might let it slide.
Anyway, for the real edits;
As far as I know, the default range for Devil Fruit's is the user's body, so you won't be able to produce anything further than the user's skin. You might want to switch the Junior and Rookie rewards, if you want to.
All Ranks - what does having a higher duration mean for this Devil Fruit? What does having a higher range mean for this Devil Fruit? Just a quick description like "+1 round of posts the produced steel is able to exist after a move. This equates to a total of 2 posting rounds." or "+25 meters of range increases how far away the user is able to be from their produced steel." Stuff like that.
