You know, you don't need to be a "wind" special effect to do ranged "slash attacks"? Just checking, cause we've seen a lot of people pick "wind" assuming that's how it works. Further, danger to oneself via style may be acceptable as fluff but it should not be part of the scaling per rank. The scaling itself should describe the mastery over the style and how they in general fight with it. Especially starting on Junior Rank and above, it should also describe how the Special Effect comes into play specifically. Moves have no place in Rank descriptions either, you'll do them separately. Feel free to look through some of the Approved Styles to get a feel for how you can progress your ranks.

You can still have a different special effect as opposed to none, but i can't force you to not sell yourself short of things you're allowed to have. If you decide to add a special effect (does no't have to be 'elemental', even) of any kind, also add to the applicable ranks, what it's usage is.
This so called God Speed doesn't really work as it stands. You can have one Rokushiki imitating skill at Junior Rank and another at Journeyman and a Third at Master. You have to mention that you have access to it within the description of the Rank/s, but more then that and noting that it's a skill similar to "Rokushiki Tech X" doesn't need to be, as you will have to apply it as a move later which is when specifics will be described. Since its assumedly a Rokushiki-like, it also can't really scale in the way it's described.

You can't really have a Soru-like move twice, for one thing. The other being that "clairvoyance for where the enemy strikes" can be fluff at best, cause that is basically the most mastered version of Observation Haki we've seen in canon currently.
Additionally, the Descriptions for Junior and Journeyman are ok, everything else could be beefed out a little more to describe what exactly makes a User of this style unnique in their fighting. And the description does not really match up with what the Ranks are described like, i.E. it says taking on multiple enemies while the ranks focus more on quick strikes.
