WAVES STAINED BLACK! [EVENT]
MUSIC  The rapidly churning waters of the cobalt blue splashing the rims of the vessels as they sailed into the treacherous Calm Belt, journeying into the famed sea known as none other as the Grand Line, men and women on board hoped to make it out of this menace of a place in ONE PIECE. A pirate known only by his epithet name of Black Beard had just begun his adventure to find the legendary treasure left by the now late Gol D. Roger and with him and his crew, he brought and carried many more groups of pirates underneath his command. In the span of a month, Black Beard was able to collect thousands upon thousands under his great and powerful pirate armada but was that enough to stop the likes of rival crews and marines from allowing him to continue his reign of tyranny? Nobody knew for certain, as Black Beard and his underlings were quite the force to be reckoned with and had amassed a deadly crew in no time at all. What will you and the others involved with the infamous pirate captain prince, Black Beard, do? One Piece As the Black Barren, a massive prized ship, a true beauty to behold and marvel at, rippled through the sea of the West Blue with absolute ease, pirates and people alike were to begin enacting their plan to seize it and the riches it contains. The rookie crew of Black Beard was at sleep for the most part as night had dawned but a few individuals were awake, including the vice captain and some of the more lesser known crew members.
Pirate crews underneath Black Beard had begun an alliance of their own, one to take him down and take the vast wealth he has acquired from his former country. However, unbeknownst to the hundreds of pirates that dark night, marine agents were about to attack as well, with help of the CP9.
A black cat waltzing along the deck of a vessel sailing beside the Black Barren, this odd but scary cat was to have begun its vicious assault on the crew to apprehend them and bring them to justice.
On the other end of the main fleet ship, was a flag wavering in the wind owned by a pirate crew who began firing their cannons, attempting to make the other crews and the crew of Black Beard surrender.
It was a dangerous battle that was starting to unfold here on the border of the Calm Belt. Everyone here tonight was about to either fight to survive or fight to reap rewards. May the war for the title as "Best Rookie Pirate" now finally begin!
Please Read Before Posting: All who post must choose a ship to begin on and to start fighting on. Rookie Characters cannot start on the main vessel. They have to work their way to it via whatever means available to them. There are three ships trailing near the Black Barren and some others even closer to it that are protecting it. Players have to pick which ship of the three to be aboard. Any Pirate Captain may opt to have their own ship if they have one and lead their own attack aboard their very own ship. Pick what ship you go on very carefully as one may be more battle hungry than the other and may lead your character to tire out faster before they reach the Black Barren.
Ship One: A CP9 member is aboard this ship. Minimal treasure can be found here but there is a single rare item. This ship is not a separate crew. This is ideal for those wanting less battle and is sided with the World Government or Marines.
Ship Two: This ship belongs to a strong crew who is separate from Black Beard but are commanded by them and share members, however, they just now turned on them. Minimal treasure can be found here but there are three rare items here.
Anyone who wants the treasure in this ship would have to turn on this pirate crew and ultimately end up helping Black Beard, but they would be labeled as a traitor none the less for being on this ship. This is the riskiest ship to be on but those on it can reap more rewards for turning against it.
Ship Three: Lead by the Vice Captain, this ship is a dangerous one to be on but surely not too risky. It is the more spookier of the ships, with animated toys roaming around, but containing two rare items on board with minimal treasure. An all out attack has been made on this ship as traitorous pirates from outside pirate crews are trying to take it over.
The Black Barren: A huge fleet ship, the main vessel of the entire pirate armada. Conquering over this ship is considered a big feat and will reap the rewards of great proportions. Black Beard is on this ship, awakening from his sleep, groggy. Beware of the man who is not the captain of this menacing ship, an emperor of the seas who has visited to meet and confront Black Beard for his own personal agenda.

Here she was, somewhere unfortunately on a boat PACKED with other wanna be pirates... yet, the Greenette would be watching the every move... she had her own personal goal, make a name, at least a small one, for herself, so she could maybe get some crew... or join one, as she needed one to travel and try and find her mother.
"And then I slipped and fell, the large slide ended almost suddenly... and I found myself face first in the mud!" she says, talking to a few of the like minded crew, before whispering, after she looked around for anyone overhearing them. "You think they bought this charade? I dont want to kill anyone, but... we will need to incapacitate all of them."

Hayato was sitting in a corner of the ship His cloak Hiding his appearance looking around for the other few marines who also infiltrated the ship His hand on his sword by habit. He Avoids being by any of the pirates as he was extremly nervous about being found out. His mission was to find The Marine who has got on the ship a fews months ago to relay Information and Maybe Find some of the treasure on board.
Hayato picks himself up and starts making his way towards the center of the ship and looks for any sign of The Marines And Looking around for any signs of the treasure. He sees many of the crew Telling storys to one another he passes by quickly then realizing a small problem in the plan theres no real way to tell who the marine is until The fights start and Hayato focuses on finding the treasure instead.

The atmosphere seemed eerie enough. Yuki peeked around the corner. She had to find a way to get back where she was. There was a problem, though. She was feeling groggy, and her head was spinning. Still, this might be a chance she was looking for. If she could do this properly, then she would impress her future crew-mates enough for them to let her join their crew.

Mina hoped her father wouldn't hate her. She got onto this ship back at the docks to steal some treasure so she could afford living expenses, thinking it wouldn't actually leave soon, and it did. She was now hopelessly far from that island, writing a letter to home she'd send out immediately giving an explanation of what happened and her feelings, that she didn't intend to leave without a word, but she made a mistake and she can't go back now. She'd at least survive and explore and perhaps find some purpose in the world while finding a way to go home someday if possible. She knew how corrupt Marines can be and how false the image they put up is, but she wasn't going to be a pirate to at least keep that promise to her family. She left out the bit where she'd be try to join the revolutionaries, simply referring to herself as a wanderer, which technically wasn't a lie. She was afraid and angry at herself, a pain welling in her chest like a shot through her chest as loneliness had been getting to her over the hours, tears dripping onto the page slightly.
She didn't want to give i9n though, it wasn't her to do that. She wasn't that weak, she couldn't be, especially now. She wipes her eyes and gets up, looking around for some semblance of familiarity, weaving through the crowds as she eventually approaches Locke, hugging her from behind happily. She wouldn't normally do this but she knew Locke, Locke was at least friendly. "Locke! I'm so happy I found you." she now lets go and straightens up, giving the others a look, intending to look intimidating, her tone cordial and relaxed when addressing Locke though "What are you here for?"

WAVES STAINED BLACK! [EVENT]
MUSIC  Important Read | Ship 1 A vessel that had begun to be overtaken by the likes of the World Government and CP9 proved to be fairly easy to take control over. The battle for the Grand Line, set on the border between the widely infamous ocean, the Calm Belt, the waters beneath the sailors, pirates, and secret agents were starting to stir and beat all four of the ships attempting to reach the Grand Line. In the far off distance, a large silhouette of a colossal monster and goliath ship could be just only faintly seen. What was coming? Nobody quite knew for certain but what was known was that there were trouble arriving and this skirmish occurring here had to quicken up its pace or danger may await everyone.
Ship 2There was an aura of killers on this boat and all aboard it were in for a treat if they presumed that the great treasure located in the safekeepings room was to be easy to reach. Ruthless pirates were all scattered throughout the large vessel. These evil men of piracy were given the horrid name "Bloody Red Pirates" because of their heinous and outright pure scum ways killing their enemies whom oppose them. Upon one of the green haired pirates on board whispering into a member of the crew's ear, the rest of the crew were to grow suspicious of what she was up to and get up in her face to question her. "Missy, wha you say?" Asked the grumpy faced pirate, mean mugging the girl as he drew his cutlass, pointing it at her chin to intimidate the whispering gal. At this time, a door was to open to the lower decks and members on the boat could now travel down to look for whatever they were searching for. However, pirates of high ranks had a watchful eye on whoever entered the lower decks, only accepting those who are retrieving more cannon ammunition and supplies for the battle they were partaking in at the moment. Captain Bloody Red Sharp was with his Navigator at the wheel of the vessel and guiding him toward Black Beard and his crew. OnePiece
Ship 3One could call this particular vessel a haunted ship but not just any, it is a talking ship, given animation by the very rare animation Devil Fruit. Not to be mistaken for Soru Soru. This is quite a daunting boat to be aboard but it was nowhere near as dangerous as the one captained by Sharp. Anyway, this ship was teaming with animated dolls and children toys, and even teacups, but it also had living and breathing people too or else would it truly be a pirate ship? The vessel was being taken over though by unknown pirates who snuck aboard.
An all out battle was happening here on the main deck as the ship began to be fought over for control of it and possession of its valuables hidden somewhere in the lower deck or with the captain. Pirates would bust open the doors to the decks below the main one and others had a chance to slip past everyone fighting into the lower decks down. A strange patterned bag of apples and bananas were on this boat among the commotion and who knows what could be found inside them but surely no actual Devil Fruit was tucked away inside of it. |

"What?" She asks, half shouting. She was feigning that the loud noises of the crew partying disrupted her hearing... which was only half false, as there was a lot of noisy people in this crew... "Sorry dear, you're going to have to wait in line like the rest of-em." she says, putting her hand on her fans at her side.
Of course, this was all to cover her rear, hearing a familiar voice though, THAT surprised her. "Mina? What the heck are you doing here?!" she asks, happily as she walks over to the blond, and hugs her. "I thought after you and I went after that treasure, we'd never see each other again!" She'd drag her to a empty corner, though, to talk mostly privately.

"I'm.. here to make a name for myself, and maybe get a piece of the.. items on-board. I need money for a ship after all, to find my mother." She said this is a low whisper, so only she and Mina could hear."Are you with me? these pirates are busy getting ready to attack this Blackbeard guy... so we can prepare to strike after that."
She looked halfway serious about this. "Who knows,, we could become a crew if we keep bumping into each other." she says, joking.

Hayato Quickly paces down the stairs After seeing one of the pirates Walk up from it with something he sees A few of the pirates watching People coming down the stairs Hayato looks down at the floor trying to avoid getting his face recognized His hand Once again Reaching for his blade before recoiling his hand right before he reachs It 'Hayato You need to calm down' He whispers to himself 'Grab the treasure later' His Anxiety fades slightly And he returns to his calm self once again and begans to Walk back up the stairs. As he walks up the stairs he decides the crowds would hide him well enough he begans Pacing around the deck waiting for his moment to arise to steal the treasure

Mina's face was soft but resolved, trying to bury her worry over things. Though to her relief she could plan like Locke had, the current plan of hers being that she, as Locke planned to; rob them blind while the crew was fighting Blackbeard since he's likely far too strong for her to take on right now. Though if he really is as much of a demon as she's heard he is...she'd need to eventually deal with him. "Aww, I'm so happy you want to see me again! I came here to...well, it was a happy accident since it was to get some extra money, that or...a specific Devil Fruit, though it's unlikely they'd have it here uneaten." she explains, the gears turning in her head as to the actual likeliness of that, focusing on what might possibly here, not really finding any good guesses yet seeing as she didn't attempt to look for such.
She leaned closer to the green-haired girl, the closeness making her chest tighten, though she likened it to the stress of operating as traitors on a ship full of pirates, and the adrenaline that'd follow that fear. "I'm with you all the way, so what do we need to prepare?" She whispers right into her ear, her giggling as she continues. "And I'd definitely join up with and help you find your mom if it's cool." she says, honestly wanting to help now. "But maybe not as a pirate, you degenerate. As a friend accompanying you though, that's more than doable." She says playfully, having no ill will. "I don't know what I want to do in this new life yet so I don't want to lock in too early, you know?" She muses, now waiting for their plan to launch, her having some ideas she's clearly not communicating to Locke, but nothing malicious.

Ship 2Three people who had obvious ulterior motives had gotten onto this boat but only one had made a move to quickly head down the stairs that lead to the lower decks where treasure laid hidden from everyone else. Hayato was fast on his feet, going down the stairs with no time to spare or waste. What awaited him on the second deck was a long hallway with many doors and rooms. Pirates were carrying cannon balls and loaded them in cannons for the men manning the cannons, firing at the super rookie pirates, the Black Beard Pirate crew. Who was the Captain of this ship that all three of the people who snuck onto was though? Well, his name is none other than the famed Captain Sharp. The pirate and civilian located on the main deck needed to hurriedly scurry on down into the lower levels of the boat before more people grew suspicious of who they were and what they were up to aboard their crew's ship. On the lower second deck that Hayato was to have descended down into in search of treasure, he would see guards at the end of the hallway and an oddly spooky pirate too.
Ship 3Being fought over by an unknown group of pirates who had managed to sneak onto the boat, the toy armada running the ship intervened and drew their weapons to protect their master and her vessel. Creeping along the ship was an aura and atmosphere that sent a chill along the spines of every person on board. After a while of continuous fighting for the spooky ship, the animated toy pirates had won but not with limbs missing and being torn apart ruthlessly by the traitor scum. Yuki, a girl who had managed to get on the ship was untouched and completely unharmed among the commotion but she had lost her chance to snag any treasure aboard the eerie ship and not have all the attention on herself. She had her shot at grabbing items and goodies but the girl did not act.

Locke was relieved, a friend, someone to travel with, to make the long hours at sea more pleasant as she travels is clearly a good idea. "The plan? We're already doing it." She states, after nodding, of course, she had no reason to just jump in and be a pirate... but as a Pirate, more people were willing to open up about information, than the Marines... Though, she doubted every one was as bad as they say.
"Come on." She says, starting to actually sneak towards the treasure, when the gunfire started to go off... "Perfect!" The Blacksmith remarks as she starts bolting to the treasure room, as the rest of the crew was mostly too busy firing at Blackbeard's ship.
As they enter the dark hall she gasps, these other figures weren't in her plan... The one with the orange hair seemed to be like them, eyeing the GUARDED treasure, with the more intimidating one clearly being the "Shadow." "That's something you dont see every day."

Freya really could have chosen a better ship to get on for this venture, but it's not like a little sail boat was going to make the trip over the calm belt and besides, something cool could happen on the trip. That was what she had thought when she had gotten on board, and much before she had accidentally fallen asleep mostly out of the way of the crew and passengers. At first, the giant was sleeping through the cannon fire only grumbling slightly at the noise it created but she couldn't exactly stay sleeping over an extended battle. After a few cannon shots she groggily sat up and rubbed her eyes "wha- It's still the middle of the night." That sobered her up really quickly, she was after all on a ship with some rather vicious pirates and there was cannon fire happening. She looked around, and tried to surmise the situation, pulling her hair back in preparation of a fight to come.
From the direction and speed the ship was moving it looked like they were going to go after Black Beards ship, thinking of betraying him probably as they had begun fighting his other ships. She didn't like that prospect one bit, at the very least they could have done it in better waters, but if they were going to fight at night time then she would just need to deal with it. The idea of testing herself against Black Beard crossed her mind briefly but in order to do that she would need to bypass Sharp's crew entirely and that was not really an option here. Playing nice until she could hop on a different ship would probably be the best solution if nobody like minded happened to show themselves. She stood up to her full height, it was sure to turn heads if not everyone realized there was a Giant on board. "Why didn't anyone wake me up. I guess there isn't any fighting on board but still, would have been nice to know what was up. Actually what is up?" Freya decided just pretending she had no clue what was going on was probably the safest plan right now.

Hayato stands in the middle of the crowd before seeing a giant arise to full height which caught most of the crews attention Momentarily Well this is as good a time as any he walks towards the shadow. He lets out a sigh He has to brings these pirates to justice thats what a marines job is Right? He walks forward calmly he then puts his hand down on his sword handle he swings it at the spirit and with his free hand Brings the sheath Up to the Spirts chin before taking a few steps back. He quickly follows it up with a swipe upwards with his sword the Ghost.

The moment Locke indicated the plan was starting, she took lead, giving Locke gestures to indicate where to go. She knew that no pirates worth their salt would leave the treasure unguarded, and that if there really was a logia type on this ship it would be guarded with utmost security. Upon seeing who was guarding the floor, she promptly pinned Locke to a wall, her moving to talk into her ear, so no one would hear them. "Wait until he attacks the treasure guard, then we can make a plan of attack." she says, appearing as if she's flirting with Locke, watching the scene out of the corner of her eye, her nudging Locke to play along and act the part so their cover isn't blown. But...a part of her really liked this, being this close to her and she couldn't place it or why. She didn't give it further thought, since...something in her didn't..it made her feel weird but also she had to watch the fight from peripheral vision, a light pink blush spread across her cheeks from her brief wandering thoughts.

A total of four rookie pirates aboard this single vessel were all making their moves to take the title of the best new pirate on the seas. One pirate made their way down to the lower deck and was to cause a ruckus, sticking out like a sore thumb to the rest of the crew. Hayato was his name, and he wielded a katana as he made an attempt to slay the black and creepy disfigured shadow. Yet his attack barely harmed the gloopy monster and all it was able to do was deform the shape of the pirate. In a matter of seconds, gunmen were to point their pistols at Hayato and make him surrender or else. There was four marksman with their pistol guns aimed at the samurai and bullets could go flying at any moment. Each man ready to shoot was a rookie but it would not take long for others to be aware of what was transpiring down here on this lower deck."Hands up!"
Shouted the four men with pistols.
The puddle of black goo would slide across the floors of the wooden deck and be up to no good. Its mask was cracked by Hayato and it was to break as it hit the floor, leaking a foul black gas. What was going on!? Nobody quite knew the situation on the lower deck but up on the main upper top deck, a man would yell out to the crew that an intruder was in their midsts and trying to enter the elusive treasure room. This was a prime time for the giant to make a ruckus of her own to help take down this crew of pirate scum. It was time for them all to take action and make a splash.
